1. Why are my points not updated?

At the counter, our sloggi personnel will scan the products you purchased into the point-of-sale system. From there, the data will be transferred to our office for housekeeping and subsequently, updated in 1-2 weeks’ time.

2. What can I do with my online account?

In clubsloggi.com, you are able to view your accumulated bluepoints and you can make redemptions online as well. Remember to update your profile page as we would be communicating with you via email, sms or snailmail. You can also check out our latest collections and download the free screensavers, wallpapers or ecards to send to your friends. Keep track of our latest events & promotions anytime and anywhere you go!

 

Rewards System

1. How do I make redemptions?

Firstly, log in to your account and click on the redemption tab. You will be able to see the list of items available for redemption. Click on the one you like and you will be led to the redemption cart. You can remove your redemption or update the quantity on this page. You will then arrive at the final list of redemption items you clicked and after confirmation, an auto message will be shown stating that we will process your redemption. To check the transactions you have made previously, go to redemption transaction. Do make sure that your mailing address has been fully updated.

 

2. Why does my redemption status indicate “acknowledged and processing” instead of “redeemed”?

Your redemption is being processed manually in our office. Please allow 7-12 working days for us to process your redemption as we might be tied up with work  Don’t worry, we check our emails every week.
